Service was good. My order occured when superstorm Sandy swept the northeast. I was concerned, but when I called, the rep explained to me that the warehouse was closed but as soon as it was re-opened my order would process. I received the items I ordered about a week later...very pleased.

Dr Jays has clothes you can rarely find anywhere else these days. I'm not a huge fan of brands, especially because fads kill them all, but my family and I really like the styles you carry.

After a problem with the zipper being broken customer service replaced the jacket for me without any problems, was really impressed with the service, as I live in Australia it wasnt really worth me spending money to send it back but customer service aknowledged that and sent the replacement really quickly without any drama.
