PLEASE NOTE: To guarantee timely customs clearance, DrJays.com will not ship orders greater than 15 total items or $1,000 U.S. dollars. If you place an order greater than 15 items, or over $1,000 USD, a customer service representative will contact you via email to determine which items you’d like to cancel from your order.

We’ve partnered with Federal Express for delivery to the UK within 3 to 5 business days from the time your order leaves our warehouse. When your order ships, DrJays.com will email you with your tracking number so you can track your order’s progress to its final destination.

Tax and Duty Charges

Customs law requires that all applicable Duties and Taxes must be paid for shipments entering the UK. By placing an order with DrJays.com, you agree to pay the duties and taxes charged by Customs at the time of delivery. Customs duty and Value-Added Tax (VAT) will be payable, as follows:

• Customs duty – Typically 12-20% of product price (based on product characteristics)
• Tax – Typically 17.5% of total order cost (including shipping cost)
• Advancement Fees – FedEx fee for processing of duties/fees (currently $8.00 USD)

Due to our broad selection of clothing, footwear, and accessories it is difficult to estimate an exact figure for duty costs. Remember that all prices on the site are in U.S. dollars.

Payment Options

The following payment options are available to UK customers: credit card, debit card, PayPal, and money order.

Credit Card and Debit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Debit cards are also accepted as long as they have a Visa or MasterCard logo. Orders will only be shipped to the cardholder's verified billing address.

PayPal: PayPal payments are accepted from the UK so long as you use your Confirmed delivery address.  Proceed through our online checkout and select PayPal as your payment.  Sorry, but we do not accept PayPal e-checks. 

Money Order: We accept money order payments by mail as long as your money order is denominated in US dollars. Shoppers using money order must call 001-858-805-6140 or 001-858-634-5595 and order by phone before mailing us your payment.
