Shipping

PLEASE NOTE: To guarantee timely Customs clearance, DrJays.com will not ship orders greater than 30 total items or $1,000 U.S. dollars. If you place an order greater than 30 items, or over $1,000 USD, a customer service representative will contact you via email to determine which items you’d like to cancel from your order.

We’ve partnered with Federal Express and the Postal Service to provide the best delivery service to your corner of the world. The chart below shows pricing and expected transit times for delivery to your destination. When your order ships we’ll send a confirmation email with your shipment tracking number from your chosen carrier. Please note that the transit times listed below are estimates, and many factors could increase or decrease the time it takes your order to arrive at your door.

Tax and Duty Charges

The Polish Customs Central Service requires that all applicable Duties and Taxes must be paid for shipments entering Poland. By placing an order with DrJays.com, you agree to pay the duties and taxes charged at the time of delivery. Customs duty and Value-Added Tax (VAT) will be payable, as follows:

• Customs duty – Typically 12-20% of product price (based on product characteristics)
• Import VAT – Typically 19% of total order cost (including shipping cost)
• Advancement Fees – FedEx fee for processing of duties/fees (currently $8.00 USD)

Due to our broad selection of clothing, footwear, and accessories, it is difficult to estimate an exact figure for duty costs. Remember that all prices on the site are in U.S. dollars.

Payment Options

The following payment options are available to Polish customers: credit card, debit card, and money order.

Credit Card and Debit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Debit cards are also accepted as long as they have a Visa or MasterCard logo.

Special instructions for Polish customers paying with credit card or debit card

International credit cards may require a special procedure that helps us to verify cardholder identity. By placing an order with DrJays.com, you agree to a possible charge verification. The Small Charge Verification procedure works like this:

1. We will charge a small sum to your credit card, less than $3.00 USD. This is separate from your actual purchase amount.
2. You will need to check your credit card account to see how much was charged, and then notify us via e-mail at International@DrJays.com or 001-858-634-5595.
3. If your response matches the actual amount charged, we will ship your order and refund the small charge back to your account.
